Tony Blair is back. Will he help the Labour Party in election campaign?

It looks like his presence is worth of risk. Blair has returned to the constituency of Sedgefield in northeastern England which he represented in parliament for 24 year. He praised the leadership of Prime Minister Gordon Brown. More see here
